One buyer. $700 billion a year. It has never missed a payment.

Win the Contract. Hire Out the Work. Keep the Difference.

The US government buys landscaping, cleaning, staffing, IT, construction and hundreds of other services from private businesses, and 23% of that spend is reserved for small business. In 60 minutes we show you how regular people win those contracts, subcontract the delivery, and keep the margin in the middle.

Starting from zero

Leave knowing your exact registration steps, which set-asides you qualify for, and where today's opportunities are posted.

Already registered

Leave knowing why compliant bids still lose, how to price to win, and how to bid five at a time instead of one.

The Model

You become the Prime.

The government awards the contract to you. You get it delivered by subcontractors, or yourself. You keep the margin in the middle.

A buyer that always pays

The United States government is the single largest buyer on earth. Unlike a private client, it does not stop spending when the economy tanks.

You keep the spread

Win a $50,000 landscaping contract without owning a lawnmower. Hire a local crew for $32,000. The $18,000 difference is yours for finding and managing the deal.

Whole categories reserved

Small business, woman owned, veteran owned, 8(a), HUBZone. Qualify for a set-aside and you compete in a dramatically smaller pool.

The demand is already written down

No cold outreach and nobody to convince. The government publishes exactly what it needs, the quantity, the deadline, and often the budget, in public, before anyone bids.

What we cover, live

00:00

How the money actually flows

Find it, win it, deliver it, get paid. The four moves, with real numbers on each one so you can see exactly where the margin lives.

23:00

The five step on-ramp you can do this week

SAM.gov and your UEI, picking NAICS codes, checking set-asides, your one page capability statement, and the subcontracting shortcut. Free, by hand, whether you ever buy a thing from us.

30:00

The wall that stops 90% of people

A 200 page solicitation, FAR clauses, and 40 to 80 hours per proposal. Why finding contracts is easy and writing the bid is where almost everyone quits.

39:00

Live demo on a real solicitation

We put an actual solicitation on screen and walk it through our system: every requirement mapped, compliance clauses flagged, sections drafted. No slides, no edits.

51:00

Live Q&A

We stay on and answer real questions from the chat until they run out.

Your Hosts

Kinno & Jalen

Five years ago they were splitting one McDonald's breakfast between them. They lost three months to the proposal wall before they won anything at all.

Was a customer service rep at a freight company making $41,000 a year, gone by the third of every month. Heard about government contracting from his barber, went all in, and got the first three bids wrong in every way possible.

Jalen, co-founder of Contract Bros

Laid off from a retail warehouse two weeks before Christmas. Landed the first award, a $38,500 grounds maintenance contract at a VA clinic, and read the email in a McDonald's parking lot.

FAQ

Questions, answered

No. We cover registration from zero on the class: SAM.gov, your UEI, NAICS codes, and your capability statement. Plenty of people register during the class itself.
No, and that is the whole model. You win the contract as the prime and subcontract the delivery to specialists. If the work happens to be in your trade you can do it yourself and keep all of it. Both are completely legal and completely normal.
No. The government publishes what it is buying publicly on SAM.gov and awards on compliant, responsive bids. It does not see your age, your background, or who you know. It sees whether your proposal met the requirements.
Registering on SAM.gov is free. What varies is working capital for delivery, and we cover realistic options on the class, including how primes structure payment terms with subs so they are not fronting the whole contract.
That depends entirely on you, your industry, and how many quality bids you submit. Some people take months. Some never win one. We will show you the pattern that separates the two, and we are not going to promise you a timeline.
Registrants get a replay. But the live demo, the Q&A, and anything we hand out to people in the room only happen live, so come if you can.

Your next contract is already posted.

It is free, it is live, and we stay on for Q&A until the questions run out.
